Our Story
Golden Key Properties Begin In 2016
Our journey into real estate began with the purchase of our first property—a charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom residence spanning 1300 square feet in the city of New Mexico. This project inspired a strong passion and motivated them to pursue real estate. Since then, they have actively engaged in numerous home renovations and acquired a portfolio of properties. They are committed to revitalizing the community, one property at a time.
Sally Nguyen
Sally has always enjoyed helping others and has been a highly skilled healthcare professional for over 15 years. Her compassion and empathy towards patients spilled into an aspiring venture to improve the community through investments and rehabilitation. Alongside her career, she has dedicated her time to expanding her knowledge of real estate investments and has successfully executed several projects over the years. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and working alongside her husband to renovate homes.
Richard Ma
Motivated by his lifelong passion for real estate, Richard made the transition from the healthcare sector to enter the real estate industry. During his time in healthcare, he cultivated many invaluable skills that continue to enhance his current profession and way of life. These skills include attention to detail, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and professionalism. Richard has been a Realtor and real estate investor for over a decade. His experience of the New Mexico real estate market, coupled with his awareness of local customs and practices, has allowed him to assist many clients out of undesirable real estate situations.
